Order Process

Making an online IT purchase the easy way

So you have seen something you like on this site but you are not quite sure how to go about ordering it? The easy to understand steps below will take you through the process in a simple and efficient manner and before you know it, your order will be completed.

ORDERING:

Step 1: Select the product you like from the website.

Step 2: Click on the highlighted name below the product picture.

Step 3 Click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the right hand side.

Step 4: Then you can either click the ‘UPDATE’ button to change your order; ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’ to add other products to the shopping cart (sing Steps 1 to 3); or ‘CHECKOUT’ when you have finished shopping.

Step 5: Your order will now be displayed. It includes the Item description, item price and the total amount owed by you.

CHECKING YOUR PRODUCT OUT:

Step 6: Choose a preferred delivery option.

Step 7: Choose a preferred payment option.

Step 8: Click on the ‘NEXT STEP’ button.

Step 9: Enter your name and address as indicated.

Step 10: Accept the Terms & Conditions.

Step 11: Click on the ‘NEXT STEP’ button. You will then see a summary of your order and where it will be delivered to once you have made your payment.

Step 12: Use the reference number provided when making an electronic funds transfer or bank deposit as your reference number.

Step 13: Print your order for record purposes.
